COMMENTS: You can use a cream cheese topping.

Cake:
2	cup	all purpose flour
2	cup	sugar
2	teas	soda
20 oz	can	crushed pineapple, juice and all
2		eggs
1	teas	vanilla

• Mix all ingredients together and pour in a floured (13 x 9) pan.
• Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

Topping:
1 1/2	cup	sugar
1	cup	ccoconut
1	can	evaported milk
1	stick	butter
1	cup	chopped pecans

• Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil remove from heat. Add coconut and pecans. Pour over cake.
• Cool and serve.
